PROGRAM:
In severely traumatized communities, start by engaging residents in group and community-minded, trauma-healing gatherings.
In marginally traumatized communities, start by offering conferences and workshops.
In other communities--or after a number of months in those described above--engage residents in asset mapping and developing a Community Resilience Profile/Plans.
