  • What brings you to this work? I've seen what the power of healing can do in my own life, and I want to help others find their path. Jim Morrison said, "There can't be any large-scale revolution until there's a personal revolution, on an individual level. It's got to happen inside first." That's been my experience, and I'm proud to help support the trauma-informed movement.

  • What helps you maintain a balanced life? Walks in nature (with zero cell service), breathwork, Pilates, and playing with/reading to my son.

  • Top 3 podcasts or books: Too many podcasts to name - according to my Spotify app, I listened to nearly 90 hours worth in 2021! Lately, I've been enjoying anything on Ram Dass, ancient history, and the Enneagram.
