- What brings you to this work? I've seen what the power of healing can do in my own life and want to help others find their path. Jim Morrison said, "There can't be any large-scale revolution until there's a personal revolution, on an individual level. It's got to happen inside first." That's been my experience, as well, and I'm proud to help support the trauma-informed movement.
- What helps you maintain a balanced life? Walks in nature (with zero cell service) and playing with/reading to my son.
- Top 3 podcasts or books: Too many podcasts to name - according to my Spotify app, I listened to nearly 90 hours worth in 2021! Lately I've been enjoying anything by Ram Dass or on the Enneagram. I have the "The Immortality Key: The Secret History Of The Religion With No Name" on my dresser and can't wait to crack the spine.
